So atemberaubend die Landschaften, so groß die Bedrohungen: Klimawandel und Abholzung der Mangrovenwälder beschleunigen die Küstenerosion, Wilderer machen Jagd auf 25 bedrohte Primatenarten und das Schuppentier. Naturschützer kämpfen in Nationalparks wie dem Kon-Ka-Kinh und der berühmten Halong-Bucht für den Erhalt dieser einzigartigen Artenvielfalt.

As breathtaking as the landscapes are the threats: climate change and the felling of mangrove forests accelerate coastal erosion, poachers hunt 25 endangered primate species and the pangolin. Conservationists in national parks such as Kon Ka Kinh and the famous Ha Long Bay fight for the preservation of this unique biodiversity.
